Once my greater younger sibling visited your web site he felt very energized now we are each using your amazing and unexpected administrations but your web site velocity isn't exactly perfect. I'm satisfied with you
I bought a framed photo for my wife's birthday ten days ago. I didn't expect it to ship next day or anything, but I started to get nervous that it wouldn't arrive on time by day eight when it still hadn't shipped.
I initiated an online chat and was told that it would "ship by tonight." It didn't. On Thursday I started another chat and was told the same thing - it would "ship by tonight." It didn't. On Friday I joined another chat, with the same rep I spoke to on Wednesday, and she said it would "ship by tonight." I expressed my concern because I've been told it will "ship by tonight" for three days in a row and the package hasn't shipped. No apology from the rep, just the same thing I've been hearing from them all week.
Really frustrating experience and disappointing customer service.
